St. Patrick’s Day Green Smoothie Recipe!
1 1/2cups toasted almond/coconut milk
1/2 cup Young Living NingXia
1 scoop Young Living Vanilla Protein Plus
2 cups fresh spinach, tightly packed
2 bananas1 cup sliced peaches, pineapple, cherries, apples (1 or all)
2 drops Peppermint essential oil,
1 drop each Nutmeg and Ginger essential oil, optional
Combine all ingredients together in blender and blend until smooth.
Use frozen fruit for a colder smoothie.
